Week 1–3: Foundations
Hair science, sanitation, consultation, parting, grip/tension, mannequin + live practice
Week 4–6: Core Braiding Skills
Box braids, knotless, cornrows, feed-ins, twists, crochet/protective styling
Week 7–8: Advanced + Salon Standard
Pattern designs, add-ons, extensions, colour integration, timed services, quality checks
Week 9–10: Business + Career Prep
Pricing, branding, social media, booking, client retention, taxes & licensing, interviews
Week 11–12: Salon Internship + Placement
Supervised placement, real clients, performance evaluation, hiring pathway

and professionalism like a working interview.
